Understanding Gas Safety – England and Wales

It is almost 25 years since the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (The Regulations) came into force and now just over 5 years since the amending regulations came into force on 6 April 2018. The understanding of these requirements in relation to gas safety records should by now be well understood. Unfortunately this would not appear to be the case.
