The UKALA Online Library is a reference source for all lettings agents and their staff. Regularly updated, it covers over 100 subjects in different categories
Categories and core subjects
Subjects in the library are split into relevant categories. All subjects on the system follow a common layout, starting with legal requirements, practical guidance, to sources of further help.
Core subjects are required to be completed for UKALA certification.
Continual Professional Development: Most subjects have a multiple choice quiz at the end, some of the very short subjects have a self-certification declaration. If you choose to complete these, they will count as CPD, with your personal record being automatically updated, with the pre-set number of hours, on completion.

Every attempt is made to keep the Library content up to date. Where information booklets and guidance documents have been reproduced from other organisations in the Additional Resources sections, there may be a period where older versions are still included prior to newer versions being obtained.
