Renters’ Rights Progress Update

The Renters’ Rights Bill amendments were debated in the House of Commons and the third reading took place. The Bill then headed to the House of Lords for further scrutiny. Progress is expected to be swift,  the first reading was on the 15 January and the second scheduled for the 4 February. When we have fully digested the amendments we will provide a considered overview of the amendments proposed by Government.
