Landlord Repairing Obligations – Part Two
In the first Landlord Repairing Obligations article we looked at the statutory repairing obligations i.e. what the law requires under section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. In this second article we will consider what other obligations exist, either expressed contractually or indeed those implied terms under common law.
