Government strengthens guidance on anti-social behaviour to bring greater protection for victims

On January 29, 2021, the Government published renewed guidance around anti-social behaviour (ASB). The guidance relates to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, which equips police and councils with a range of tools and powers to enable them to respond to ASB quickly and ensure victims have a say in the way complaints are dealt with.
