COVID-19 Update

Government are planning the next phase of the COVID-19 response, which includes considering how the emergency measures put in place around possession in the PRS should be adapted. The Civil Procedure Rules Committee have agreed rule changes to be applied to possession proceedings once the current stay on proceedings ends on 23 August 2020.
