RIDDOR – What do you have to do at the end of that accident filled day? England and Wales
Running a letting agency involves many responsibilities and compliance requirements. One of the lesser-known obligations is ‘The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR).’
These regulations require an employer to record and report to the regulating authority if someone were to die or be injured in a work-related accident including certain 'dangerous occurrences' (incidents with the potential to cause harm).
