Abandonment in Wales – Extras

In the article early in February we considered the abandonment process, in relation to the abandonment of a whole dwelling by the contract-holder, which came into force with the commencement of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (the Act). The Act also made provision to deal with abandonment of a dwelling by one or more, but not all, joint contract-holders.
