Renters Reform White Paper – England only

The Government has published its white paper on a reshaping of the rental market in England entitled ‘A fairer private rented sector’. The white paper addresses, amongst other proposals, the Government plans to; tackle poor conditions in below standard rented properties; make it illegal for landlords and agents to have blanket bans on accepting tenants claiming benefits or with children; refuse to accept pets without good reason.
