Right to Rent – Supplemental update

Our first news article of 2022 was based around a further update to Right to Rent rules detailing the scheduled end to the temporary Coronavirus adjusted checks on 5 April 2022 and after that date, those with a biometric residence card or permit must have a Right to Rent check carried out using the online service, rather than relying on those physical documents.
