Training for Professionals produces notice period flowchart

On the 1st June the notice periods for England were changed. Generally 6 month notice periods were reduced to 4 months and further changes were made to section 8 notice periods. There are now about 20 different section 8 grounds and an almost infinite possibility for combining grounds. Understanding the new notice periods, and how different notice periods impact the length of the notice is both tricky and critical.
