Government makes updates to private rented sector ‘How To’ guides

The Government has made updates to several of its ‘How To’ guides for the private rented sector. The guides were last updated in June 2019. The recent updates were made in response to the new laws that have come into force as a result of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and the Electrical Safety Act 2020.
