Section 8 and 21 notice changes?

A summary of the new notice changes for assured tenancies following the introduction of The Coronavirus Act 2020 (Residential Tenancies: Protection from Eviction) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020. These changes only affect properties in England. The modified notices were due to run out 30 September, the changes below now apply till 31 March 2021.
