Regulation of Property Agents The Regulation of Property Agents Working Group published its final report on 18 July. The group was set up by the Minister for Housing and Homelessness in October 2018. Chaired by Lord Best, and comprising leaders from industry, consumer groups, local government and academia, it held 12 meetings and received more than 100 contributions from wider stakeholders. The report sets out recommendations to require all property agents to follow a code of practice, and to be licensed with minimum qualifications.
